Pearl Weight Loss provides telehealth-based, nurse practitioner–led weight management designed to help you achieve lasting results safely and effectively. Our program focuses on the whole person — blending medical expertise, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle support with modern, evidence-based treatment options. We offer virtual consultations with a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, personalized weight loss plans based on your goals and health profile, prescription-based options including GLP-1 therapy (as medically appropriate), nutrition, exercise, and behavior coaching, ongoing progress tracking and follow-up visits.

Pearl Women’s Care offers personalized telehealth visits to help women navigate the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause and menopause with confidence. Our board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializes in women’s hormonal health, providing compassionate, evidence-based care from the comfort of your home. Hi, I’m Anitra Ellerby-Brown, the founder and clinical director of Pearl Virtual Care.  I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. My journey as a healthcare provider has always been guided by compassion, connection, and a deep belief that women deserve accessible, high-quality care, no matter where they are.

At Pearl Virtual Care, my mission is to help women and families live their healthiest, most balanced lives through personalized telehealth services. Whether it’s supporting you through perimenopause and menopause, helping you feel your best through weight management, or offering fast, convenient care for everyday health needs, I’m here to make your wellness journey simple, strong, and supported.

I’ve been married to my wonderful and supportive husband for twenty-nine years and we are the proud parents of four amazing daughters. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying life—listening to audiobooks, cheering on college softball, line dancing, or brunching with friends. I’m passionate about helping others achieve their best lives, not only through medicine but by promoting joy, balance, and empowerment every day.

Pearl Virtual Care provides telehealth services for adult patients aged 18 years and older. Patients may be seen for both acute conditions and stable chronic diseases. Individuals with well-managed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, or thyroid disorders are eligible for care and medication refills, as appropriate.
